Terms of Use

Lumluk provides authenticated access to streamed audiovisual content, promotional videos, saved libraries, viewing progress, encrypted offline downloads on supported devices, push notifications, and digital purchases.

Features and content may differ by platform, device, country, account status, and content-licensing restrictions.

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. Authentication may be provided through Supabase, Sign in with Apple, Google, or other supported methods.

Accounts and purchased access are personal. You may not sell, transfer, share, or permit unauthorized use of your account. Lumluk may enforce session and device limits and may suspend access when fraud, compromise, or a violation of these Terms is reasonably suspected.

Lux Coins

Lux Coins are consumable digital credits used only for eligible digital content within Lumluk. They:

• Have no cash value and are not legal currency.
• Cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred between users.
• May not be resold or exchanged outside Lumluk.
• Are associated with the account that received them.

Payment processing

• iOS purchases are processed through Apple In-App Purchase using StoreKit and may be managed through RevenueCat.
• Android purchases are processed through Google Play Billing and may be managed through RevenueCat.
• Website purchases may be processed through Stripe.

Lumluk does not store complete payment-card details. Prices, taxes, currency conversion, and payment authorization may be controlled by the applicable storefront or payment provider.

Credits and duplicate prevention

Lux Coins are credited after a transaction is validated. Balance updates may take a short time while storefront and backend confirmation completes. Transaction identifiers may be retained to prevent duplicate credits, reconcile accounts, and address fraud or disputes.

Refunds

Except where required by applicable law or the payment provider's rules, completed purchases of consumable digital goods may not be refundable after delivery or use. Refund requests for purchases processed by Apple or Google must normally be submitted through that storefront. Website-payment inquiries may be submitted to Lumluk support or Stripe as applicable.

A refund, reversal, or chargeback may result in removal of corresponding Lux Coins or content access. If the account lacks sufficient Lux Coins, Lumluk may adjust the balance or restrict purchasing until the discrepancy is resolved.

Payment or use of Lux Coins grants a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access eligible content through Lumluk. It does not transfer ownership of the content.

Content availability may change because of licensing restrictions, legal requirements, service changes, or removal by a rights holder. Lumluk will use reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessary loss of paid access but cannot promise permanent availability of every title.

Offline downloads are temporary licensed copies for supported devices. They may require periodic account or entitlement validation and may be removed on logout, account deletion, entitlement loss, application removal, or expiration of the applicable license.

Lumluk may encrypt downloaded content, pause playback when screen recording or mirroring is detected, respond to screenshots, use signed media access, and apply other access controls.

You may not copy, record, redistribute, publicly perform, sell, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, or otherwise exploit Lumluk content except as permitted by law.

With permission, Lumluk may send notifications about new content, episodes, purchases, offers, security, and service updates. Notification categories can be controlled in the application and system settings. Device tokens may be unregistered or deactivated after logout, invalidation, or inactivity.

You may not:

• Circumvent purchases, entitlements, regional restrictions, content protection, session limits, or security controls.
• Use Lumluk to violate law or third-party rights.
• Interfere with the service, probe it without authorization, distribute malware, or automate abusive requests.
• Use content or service data for unauthorized commercial purposes.
• Misrepresent your identity or engage in payment fraud.

Lumluk does not currently provide a general user-content upload, public-comment, or messaging service.

You may request immediate account deletion or use a scheduled deletion option when available. Scheduled deletion provides the displayed recovery period before final deletion.

Deletion removes access to Lux Coins, libraries, downloads, viewing progress, and content licenses associated with that account. Deleted balances and access cannot be transferred to a replacement account. Limited financial, transaction, fraud-prevention, and legal records may be retained or pseudonymized as described in the Privacy Policy.

Lumluk may suspend or terminate an account for material violations, fraud, security risks, legal requirements, or misuse. Where appropriate, Lumluk may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Lumluk displays available content ratings and may require acknowledgment before playback. Ratings and acknowledgment screens are informational and do not replace parental supervision or device-level parental controls.

Lumluk is provided on an "as available" basis. Maintenance, provider failures, network conditions, licensing changes, and events outside Lumluk's control may interrupt access. Lumluk does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or a specific uptime percentage.

Features, content, pricing, and supported platforms may change. Material changes will be communicated where required.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lumluk disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use or inability to use the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights, warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted in your jurisdiction.

Use of the iOS application is also subject to applicable Apple Media Services and App Store terms. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for Lumluk except as required by applicable platform terms.

Use of the Android application and Google Play purchases is also subject to applicable Google Play terms. Payment-provider rules may govern transaction processing and refunds.

Lumluk may revise these Terms when the service, law, or platform requirements change. Material revisions may be communicated in the application, on the website, or by requiring acceptance of a new version. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the service and may delete your account.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement concerning use of Lumluk, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.
